You are responsible for how you share your Seller Link and how you communicate with sellers.
Photos And Property Information
DealShot Capture does not upload, store, process, or review seller photos.
Photos remain on the seller’s device and are shared directly with the investor using the seller’s normal communication method, such as text, email, or messaging apps.
DealShot Capture is not responsible for the content, accuracy, delivery, storage, or use of photos or property information exchanged outside the workflow.
User Responsibilities
If you use DealShot Capture as an investor, seller, buyer, or other user, you agree that any information you provide or share should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You also confirm that you have the right to share any information, property details, photos, or communications involved in your use of the service.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts, privacy obligations, and communication rules related to your real estate activity.
